So Sweet 1 Kg Xylitol 100 Natural Sweetener- Sugarfree

Xylitol is a sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in certain plants. First produced in the 1800's, it was rediscovered during the cane sugar shortages of WWII and has been widely used since the 60's in Europe and Japan. This naturally sweet Xylitol is extracted from certified non GMO corn.

Xylitol has 75% less carbohydrates than cane sugar and is slowly absorbed and metabolized resulting in negligible change to insulin levels. It has a low Glycemic Index of 8. Also, Xylitol is antibacterial and alkaline enhancing, which means that it prevents the growth of bacteria in your mouth. Extensive research has shown that where Xylitol is the only sweetener present, it can help reduce the formation of plaque on your teeth.

Usage: Just replace cane sugar with So Sweet Xylitol. Unlike other sugar alternatives, Xylitol is crystalline, just like cane sugar, and has a similar level of sweetness which makes it easy to use at home.
