Gur Ki Rewari (400 Gms)

Tushar's eShop, Agra offers you North India’s famous sweet desert called Gur ki Rewari. It is most commonly consumed in winter season. It is a dry sweet made of sesame seeds and jaggery which known as ‘Til’ and ‘Gur’ in Hindi with Deshi Ghee. The Til is cooked in Jaggery syrup and set in thin layers, which can be stored for months. Rewari is prepared with sesame seeds and jaggery with a method of preparation which is time consuming. It takes about 10-15 hours to prepare 5-8 Kg. of Rewari. The dough is hammered until all the sesame seeds break down and release their oils into the dough.
