Layer 3 : Ultra Soft Cotton  : This layer is made with Premium quality organic cotton (Surgical cotton) which absorbs fluid and keeps you dry and comfortable throughout the day. It is also on 6th layer for extra protection.

Layer 4 : Abundant supper absorbent: This amazing layer contains super strong absorbent agents as a wood pulp. It can take up to an absorption of 200ml of fluid and turns it into a gel state and makes getting rid of any nasty, sticky feeling and keeps the pad dry and comfortable.
